Sticker sheet studio

Add your PNG, JPEG or SVG designs, set each sticker's size and quantity, and Sticker Bench packs them onto A4, Letter or custom sheets. Drag stickers to fine-tune, then download a true-size PDF. Your images are processed in this browser and never uploaded.

Material use

Area is the area inside the cut lines (true area for circles and rounded corners). Packing uses each sticker's bounding rectangle, so round or irregular stickers leave corners unused. This is not contour nesting.

Print at 100% / Actual size and measure the calibration marks before using sticker paper. Cut lines are a drawn path. They aren't set up for any particular cutting machine, and print-and-cut registration isn't guaranteed. See preventing unwanted scaling.

How Sticker Bench lays out a sheet

Each sticker is treated as a rectangle: the bounding box of its cut line. Sticker Bench keeps at least the spacing you choose between neighbouring cut lines, and keeps every sticker's bleed inside the page margins. It fills the largest stickers first and turns a sticker 90° only where you allow it and where turning fits better. This is a fast heuristic (MaxRects, best short-side fit). It's usually tight, but it doesn't promise the fewest possible sheets. Drag stickers to rearrange by hand, and anything that ends up too close or off the printable area is outlined in red.
